Heynic acid - Introduction
Hi niacin (Heynic acid) is an organic compound, chemical formula C6H10O6. It is a colorless crystalline solid and can be dissolved in water. Hi nicotinic acid under certain conditions can occur in their own acid condensation reaction, the formation of a ring structure of the molecules, these cyclic molecules are called Hi Nick ring (Heynic ring).
Hi niacin has no practical application value due to its high toxicity. It was used as a drug and pesticide, but was banned due to its highly toxic properties.
Hi niacin can be prepared by synthesis. A commonly used preparation method is to acylate hexanoic acid (adipic acid), react with iminane and an abrogate agent to obtain Hi niacin.
Due to the strong toxicity and carcinogenicity of Hi niacin, the safe operation procedures must be strictly observed when using. Contact Hi niacin should avoid inhalation of gas, skin contact and ingestion. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help. Hi Niacin should be stored in airtight containers, away from fire sources and oxidizing agents.
